We want everyone who works at arenaflex to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make healthcare more personal, convenient, and affordable. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry & Customer Service (2nd Shift) On-Site Full Time, you will be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work in a closed-door pharmacy, ensuring the accuracy of medication dispensing and maintaining accurate customer records. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and commitment to delivering exceptional service will make you an invaluable member of our team. **Responsibilities** * Perform order entry tasks and collaborate with other team members in the medication dispensing process * Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required * Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions * Assist in reviewing the narcotic Rx's are back in timely manner * Providing dispensing pharmacist with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags * Creating and maintaining accurate customer records * Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing **The Team** arenaflex's Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, provides care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and chronic care settings.
