As a Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You'll work closely with our hourly workforce, support teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities and Job Elements Support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce: You'll lead by example, providing guidance, and encouragement to our hourly workforce to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises: You'll work closely with our support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and to the right location. Collaborate with support teams: You'll work closely with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives. Work in a fast-paced environment: You'll work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, and you'll be required to stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts. Physical demands: You'll be required to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach. Work in variable temperatures and weather: You'll work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather, including outside loading departments. Continuously climb and descend stairs: You'll be required to continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs). Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent: You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with our hourly workforce, support teams, and other stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills: You'll need to be able to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Operations or customer-facing role: You'll have a strong understanding of Operations and customer-facing roles, with experience in a similar environment. Leadership or supervisory experience: You'll have experience leading or supervising a team, with a strong track record of success. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures: You'll have a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures, with experience in a similar environment. Experience with data entry and software applications: You'll have experience with data entry and software applications, with a strong understanding of how to use technology to support Operations.
