Our industry-leading platform powers over $3 billion in annual sales, and our contact center is the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their expectations are met and managed throughout the lifespan of their project. **The Role** We're looking for a motivated and self-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working nights and weekends. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, answering incoming calls, and responding to customer requests in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner * Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities * Booking appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy * Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, both on the phone and in writing * Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed * Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information * Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school graduate or G.E.D. * A minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferably) * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously * Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferably) * Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements * Ability to pass a background check **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * The opportunity to work from home (subject to meeting certain criteria and completing a one-week in-office onboarding/training program) * $15,000 Life Insurance (Company Paid) * 401K plan eligibility after one year of service, with a company match of up to 4% * Weekly/monthly gift card drawings/contests for meeting goals * Career learning and development programs * Casual dress code **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and growth of our employees.
