We're now seeking an experienced Part-Time Data Entry Technician to join our Customs Brokerage team on a remote basis. You'll work closely with our team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise, providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency * Understand and identify customs documentation, including customs declarations and other relevant documents * Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration * Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met * Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders * Ensure compliance at all times to regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism * Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed **Qualifications and Requirements** * Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, supply chain management) * Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing * Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with high accuracy rates, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility * Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
