As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and efficient assistance with their travel needs. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all interactions * Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilize our modernized retail location framework to manage customer transactions, including ticket sales, baggage handling, and freight services * Process payments, make change, and balance daily transactions * Inspect and verify customer baggage and freight * Answer phone calls to provide information, page customers, resolve issues, and assist with general inquiries * Manage customer exchanges to ensure efficient and productive boarding processes * Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in accordance with company policies and procedures * Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, and reservations * Complete forms and reports as required by the company * Write anomaly and complaint reports as necessary * Perform other work duties as directed by supervisors **Information, Abilities, and Competencies** * Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job * Willingness to learn and understand tagging procedures, rules, and regulations * Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances * Ability to complete the Customer Support Specialist training program with an 80% or higher average and pass the assessment period * Awareness of hazardous situations and ability to handle crises on a case-by-case basis * Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve fast turnaround of aircraft * Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Schedule * Ability to perform all job duties within a confined space * Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Ability to convey information and instructions verbally or through radio equipment **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $27/hour * Part-time schedule with flexible hours * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment * Comprehensive training program to ensure your success * Career growth opportunities and learning benefits * Work-life balance and flexibility * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** Ready to join our team?
