You will utilize multiple customer support tools to ensure successful resolution of customer issues and maintain world-class standards by performing against department scorecards and metrics. You will also build and manage relationships with customers and contacts to drive sales and customer retention. **Responsibilities** * Process incoming orders and resolve customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner * Utilize multiple customer support tools to ensure successful resolution of customer issues * Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty * Identify opportunities to drive sales and customer retention * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and drive business results * Ensure accurate and efficient order entry in SAP * Resolve customer inquiries using multiple support tools and resources **Work Schedule and Location** * Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 11:30 AM EST - 5:00 PM EST * Location: 100% Remote, with the requirement to reside in one of the following states: Illinois, Maryland, New York, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Minnesota, Nevada, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington D.C., Wisconsin, or Missouri. Occasional commute to an office may be required. **Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * Basic PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs * No previous experience required, but customer service experience is preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and time management skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent training and experience * 1-2 years of customer service experience * Experience in the consumer products or distribution industry **Competencies** * Accountable for meeting individual targets and deadlines * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Physical Requirements** The employee will be required to remain in a stationary position at times, communicate, and operate a computer and telephone. **EEO Statement** Our company is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
