Our mission is to empower businesses through fast, secure, and human-powered data processing. **Job Summary** As a Lead Processing Agent, you'll be responsible for supporting the intake and processing of critical client leads, ensuring that information is clean, verified, and routed to the appropriate systems. You'll work closely with our sales support and analytics teams to contribute to campaign efficiency and sales pipeline integrity. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong organizational and data skills who enjoy working behind the scenes. **Key Responsibilities** - **Review and Verify Incoming Lead Information**: You'll be responsible for reviewing and verifying incoming lead information from various sources, ensuring that it's complete and consistent. - **Enter Validated Data into CRM and Lead Tracking Software**: You'll enter validated data into our CRM and lead tracking software, using categorization tags to route leads by campaign or source. - **Detect and Flag Duplicates or Invalid Leads**: You'll detect and flag duplicates or invalid leads, maintaining daily logs and QA reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - **Communicate with Remote Sales Team**: You'll communicate with our remote sales team about flagged leads or updates, ensuring that our sales efforts are aligned with our data processing efforts. - **Maintain Data Quality and Integrity**: You'll be responsible for maintaining data quality and integrity, ensuring that our CRM and lead tracking software are up-to-date and accurate. - **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**: You'll work closely with our sales support and analytics teams to contribute to campaign efficiency and sales pipeline integrity. **Essential Qualifications** - **Associate's Degree Preferred**: We prefer candidates with an associate's degree, but a high school diploma or GED is required. - **2+ Years of Experience in Data Entry, Lead Processing, or CRM Management**: You'll need at least 2 years of experience in data entry, lead processing, or CRM management to be successful in this role. - **Strong Attention to Detail and Process Compliance**: You'll need to have strong attention to detail and process compliance skills to ensure that our data is accurate and up-to-date. - **Experience Using CRM Systems**: You'll need experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, to be successful in this role. - **Fast, Accurate Typing Speed**: You'll need a fast, accurate typing speed of at least 45 WPM to meet the demands of this role. - **Intermediate Skills with Excel or Google Sheets**: You'll need intermediate skills with Excel or Google Sheets to perform data analysis and reporting tasks. **Preferred Qualifications** - **Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field**: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science, is preferred. - **Experience with Data Analytics Tools**: Experience with data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel, is preferred. -
