You'll work closely with our global organization to identify opportunities for automation, documentation, and process improvement, and set high standards for issue handling, escalation, and problem management. If you're a seasoned IT professional with a passion for customer experience and a knack for innovation, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage local and/or remote resources to ensure seamless IT support for Amazon employees worldwide * Collaborate with the global organization to define customer experience strategies and own the strategies to create that experience * Develop and leverage knowledge bases to expedite the resolution of recurrent issues * Identify opportunities for automation, documentation, and process improvement to reduce requests and enhance customer satisfaction * Set high standards for issue handling, escalation, and problem management across the organization * Guide the team with metrics and goals that clearly measure their success * Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements **Essential Qualifications** * 5 years of experience developing a team of technical professionals across multiple locations * 2 years of experience leading technology teams as an IT Operations Manager * Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of professional or military experience * Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration * Proven track record of managing remote teams and ensuring seamless IT support * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to analyze complex technical and business problems and develop innovative solutions **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a cloud-based infrastructure environment * Knowledge of AWS services and tools * Experience with IT service management frameworks and tools * Certification in ITIL or other IT service management frameworks * Experience with automation and scripting languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell) * Experience with collaboration tools and platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Exchange) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills in Linux or Unix systems administration * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to analyze complex technical and business problems and develop innovative solutions * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
