Our team of experts is passionate about making a positive impact in the healthcare industry, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Job Summary** As an Invocier/Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for maintaining our database, processing customer and account source documents, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our records. You'll work closely with our team to resolve any discrepancies, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information, establishing entry priorities, and processing customer and account source documents. * Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution. * Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format. * Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data. * Combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete, and purges files to eliminate duplication of data. * Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness, and preparing invoices for services rendered. **Essential Qualifications** * Organization skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of productivity. * Quick typing skills: Proficiency in typing with accuracy and speed, using keyboard or optical scanner. * Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records. * Computer savvy: Proficiency in using computer software, including database management systems and optical scanners. * Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information. * Thoroughness: Commitment to thoroughness and accuracy in all aspects of work. * Clear handwriting: Ability to write legibly and clearly. * Ability to read and understand a wide range of materials: Ability to comprehend and interpret various documents, reports, and instructions. * Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field. * Knowledge of database management systems and optical scanners. * Certification in medical records or a related field. * Bilingual or multilingual skills. **Work Environment and Culture** * Work location: arenaflex office in Las Vegas, NV. * Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. * Work environment: Collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced office environment. * Culture: arenaflex values teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
