As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering tailored warehouse data collection solutions using arenaflex for the NetSuite ERP application. If you're a strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills, and have a passion for problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** As a Functional Customer Success Consultant, you'll be responsible for: * Designing and delivering tailored warehouse data collection solutions using arenaflex for the NetSuite ERP application, focusing on areas like receiving, inventory control, picking, and light production. * Consulting and advising customers on best practices in warehouse setup, receiving, and shipping. * Leading training sessions and providing ongoing support to ensure customers are confident and successful post-Go Live. Travel averages at 30%. * Managing your time effectively to meet billable targets, contributing to the success and profitability of the business. * Problem-solving and tackling customer issues head-on, whether through the NetSuite ERP or arenaflex software, and finding innovative solutions. * Communicating customer feedback and suggesting enhancements to our development team, ensuring our product continually evolves. * Staying organized and keeping all customer interactions, project tasks, and communications organized and on track in a fast-paced environment. **What You Bring** To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications: * Education and experience: A Bachelor's degree in a supply chain-related field or equivalent experience.
