As a Senior Data Science Consultant, you'll play a vital role in driving our mission forward by leveraging your expertise in data science, AI, and machine learning to inform business decisions and drive innovation. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Science Consultant to join our Data Science and Automation team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving moderate to complex data science, AI, and machine learning projects, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, and developing and delivering solutions that meet our business objectives. If you're passionate about data-driven decision making and have a strong background in data science, AI, and machine learning, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Drive moderate to complex data science, AI, and machine learning projects, working closely with clients and collaborating with partners to understand context-specific issues and develop, analyze, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. * Serve as the client relationship lead on data science, AI, machine learning, or optimization projects, collaborating with cross-functional leaders across various and simultaneous projects. * Lead conversations with partners from diverse backgrounds to gather business needs for data science, AI, machine learning, or development solutions. * Serve as a subject matter expert on data science, AI, machine learning, or optimization delivery philosophies. * Drive the development of leader-level communication (e.g., project announcements, presentations, etc.). * Blend critical amounts of detailed data and summarize key information for relevant stakeholders. * Develop and deliver results and recommendations for moderate to complex projects to clients. * Analyze market trends and implement recommended procedures to support internal client needs. * Drive the continuous development of the arenaflex data science center and community. * May perform other work assignments as directed by Representative's Chiefs. **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, etc.). * High-level expertise in both inductive and deductive thinking and critical thinking approaches. * High-level expertise in assessing logical strategies to propose the appropriate end-to-end solution guide for business issues. * High-level expertise in using value definition systems and techniques to estimate, scope, and focus on various data science, AI, machine learning, or development drives. * Talented in using enterprise technical tools to create and deliver communication of complex technical projects to relevant stakeholders. * Gifted in using project management tools to define the solution guide and project plan used to ensure the project has the resources needed to complete tasks on time. * Ability to develop trust with all levels of Representatives, including cross-functional leaders, and should be able to manage highly sensitive and confidential information. * Ability to lead complex data science, AI, machine learning, or optimization projects, including serving as a leader for business partner groups, solution definition and planning, detailed task and deliverable definition and creation, and project plan creation. * Ability to lead communication in a connecting way, major areas of strength for written and composed relational abilities for technical and non-technical audiences up to and including cross-functional senior leaders. * Ability to lead project teams through various circumstances and evolving approaches/strategy if necessary to actually and effectively meet targets. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, etc.). * Experience working with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). * Experience working with machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). * Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js). * Experience working with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL). * Experience working with data storage solutions (e.g., relational databases, NoSQL databases, data warehouses). **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
