We are committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Working with large, complex datasets to conduct ad-hoc analyses and inform critical business decisions * Developing and maintaining ETLs and data visualization dashboards using Tableau to display and quantify the impact of changes and business challenges * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and Product, to provide data-driven insights and recommendations * Utilizing scripting languages, such as Python, to automate reporting tasks and improve data accuracy * Documenting and sharing knowledge with team members, and mentoring colleagues to become Subject Matter Experts **Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manipulate data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience) * Creativity and User Experience foundation to develop impactful Tableau dashboards (1-2 years of experience) * Business Operations fluency, with the ability to understand and root cause business problems, and a Supply Chain background with transportation experience * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally **Preferred Qualifications:** While not required, advanced experience in the following areas will be highly valued: * Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau * Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations * Experience with Python or other scripting languages * Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc. **What We Offer:** As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive salary, incentive awards for performance, 401(k) match, stock buy plan, paid maternity and parental leave, PTO, multiple health plans, and more.
