As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing key workflow tooling at scale. Your expertise will enable groups to deliver high-quality software through exceptional engineering experiences, green workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement key workflow tooling at scale to support high-quality software delivery * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide education and support for workflow initiatives * Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and drive business decisions * Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement * Work closely with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable recommendations * Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data * Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst * Solid understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive) * Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders * Advanced Tableau developer skills * Proficient in SQL, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation * Experience working with large data sets and developing data-driven solutions **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development * Experience in software development, including data pipelines, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport * Product ownership experience, including responsibility for key outcomes and driving efforts to achieve concrete results through analytics * Project management experience, including planning and leading efforts across cross-functional teams to achieve a unified goal **Benefits** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and innovative environment * Collaborative and supportive team culture * Comprehensive health and dental insurance * Retirement benefits and employee stock purchase plan * Discounts on arenaflex products and services * Opportunities for professional development and education **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
