If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding career, arenaflex is the perfect place to be. **Job Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Center Technician, your primary responsibilities will include: * Installing, servicing, and maintaining arenaflex's IT infrastructure in a 24/7 environment * Ensuring high availability of the infrastructure while maintaining a strong focus on security and compliance * Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including optical connectivity problems and network protocols * Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and improve infrastructure performance * Creating and updating technical documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information * Participating in shift work, including weekends and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage * Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following OSHA and EHS guidelines * Collaborating with the Inventory and Asset Management Team to ensure accurate inventory control and asset management **Key Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 3-6 years of experience in IT or a related field, with a strong focus on data center operations * Associate's degree in computer science or a related field * Strong understanding of physical IT infrastructure components, including servers, network devices, and storage systems * Experience with macOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems * Knowledge of network protocols and concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP * Experience with Linux command line scripting and troubleshooting * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors * Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically and internationally **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical certifications, such as BICSI Installer I or equivalent, Server+, Linux+, Network+, ITIL, or Linux/Unix Certification * Experience with data center infrastructure, including cabling, rack and stack installations, and testing * Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services, including AWS or Azure * Experience with incident management and change control processes * Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
