We are committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers, and we are looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Analyst & Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of specialists, providing technical direction, and driving the development of our data investigation and reporting landscape. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data researchers, business analysts, data engineers, and IT experts, to develop complete data solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and coach a team of specialists, providing technical direction and guidance on data investigation and reporting projects * Develop and implement modern programming practices through code reviews and design surveys * Collaborate with data investigation initiative teams to drive the development of our data investigation and reporting landscape * Grow "top-tier" designing for our services by ensuring that the services and parts are clear-cut, modularized, secure, stable, diagnosable, easily observable, and reusable * Develop and implement test inclusion for services, sort out and carry out reconciliation tests, and resolve trouble spots * Ensure testability, compactness/checking, reliability, and practicality, and understand when code is fit to be shared and deployed * Focus on business needs through a data-driven approach * Investigate and improve automation, reliability, and monitoring for deployed items * Set the essential vision for data investigation and reporting, aligning with organizational objectives * Plan, develop, and streamline complex data models and reporting structures * Drive the plan and execution of adaptable and effective data investigation and reporting structures * Ensure the integrity, security, and performance of data items and reporting arrangements by collaborating with stages, data design, and administration groups * Define and implement the long-term technical procedure for data investigation, incorporating advancements and industry trends * Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance to the organization * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop complete data solutions * Cultivate a collaborative environment that encourages information sharing and expertise development * Establish and uphold data quality principles and best practices * Execute processes for data approval, purification, and accuracy * Assess and select suitable data investigation and reporting tools to address business needs * Collaborate with design and development teams to create and maintain documentation for data investigation processes, reporting structures, and data models * Monitor the performance of data investigation and reporting frameworks and provide technical guidance to drive security and flexibility of data items and reporting arrangements * Carry out measures to streamline execution and investigate issues * Provide critical insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making at the organizational level * Recommend infrastructure upgrades to support business growth and advancing technology needs * Utilize Sky blue services, such as Purplish blue SQL DW (Neurotransmitter), ADLS, Sky blue Occasion Center point, Universe, Data bricks, Delta-Lake to improve and accelerate the delivery of our data items and services * Carry out large data and NoSQL arrangements by creating adaptable data handling stages to drive high-value insights to the organization **Requirements** * Demonstrated history with at least 15+ years of active experience in data investigation and reporting jobs * 5+ years of experience in leadership or senior roles, showing the ability to truly guide and lead a team * 5+ years of experience working with Cloud advancements, such as ADLS, Purplish blue Databricks, Flash, Purplish blue Neural connection, Universe DB, DBT, and other large data innovations * Shown advanced capability in data investigation tools, languages, ML, and systems (e.g., Conos, PowerBI, SQL, Python, R) * Capability in data representation tools, such as Scene, Power BI or similar tools to successfully convey insights * Demonstrated ability in working with cloud stages, such as AWS, Purplish blue or Google Cloud, to design and execute adaptable and productive data investigation arrangements * Inside and out understanding and practical utilization of Lakehouse design standards, joining the best of data lakes and data warehouses for powerful and adaptable data management * High-level SQL abilities. Strong comprehension of social databases and business data capacity to compose complex SQL inquiries against different data sources * Experience managing high-volume and high-speed data streams, and planning frameworks that can handle the demands of real-time or near-real-time investigation * Experience in molding the essential vision for data investigation and reporting drives within an organization * Effective management of data investigation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery * Exhibited capacity to drive development, adapt to emerging technologies, and execute industry best practices * Exhibited capacity to assume ownership and liability of critical issues and close them to goal * Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software engineering, Informatics, Data science or related technical discipline * Pertinent industry certifications are an added bonus * Experience in retail, manufacturing, e-commerce, or supply chain **Compensation and Benefits** We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, medical benefits – clinical/dental/vision/hearing aid/pharmacy/social health/employee assistance, medical reimbursement account, dependent care assistance plan, short-term disability and long-term disability insurance, AD&D insurance, extra security, 401(k), stock purchase plan to qualified employees.
