Join the arenaflex team as an Advanced Analytics & Optimization Manager and become a key contributor to the development of state-of-the-art statistical models and plans programs that provide insights into the effect of advertising and marketing, sales, and other business investments. As an Advanced Analytics & Optimization Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about using data to drive business growth and innovation. **Responsibilities** As an Advanced Analytics & Optimization Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced statistical models and plans programs that provide insights into our global marketing and sales investments. Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing Marketing Mix Models for various business devices * Transforming version outcomes into insights to assist colleagues in understanding historical media effects and trends in media performance * Developing and delivering productive, insightful analytic displays that offer consultative paths to key stakeholders * Building different statistical models for arenaflex business devices and business problems * Performing exploratory data analysis to gain insights into business operations and to validate data **Basic Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to have: * Minimum 2 years of experience with diverse analytic, data mining, and programming methodologies, including multivariate regression, combined models, clustering, time series regression, and forecasting * Proficiency in R or Python for data mining * Excellent written and verbal skills, including the ability to summarize and present advanced analytics to senior leadership **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * High scalability with the use of R or Python for data mining * Prior work experience within a media business or analytics consulting firm * Knowledgeable in marketing or media blend modeling * Expert in advanced data mining and statistical methodologies * Experience with SQL and relational databases **Required Education** To be eligible for this role, you will need to have a Master's degree or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research. **Preferred Education** A Ph.D. or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research would be highly desirable. **Compensation and Benefits** The base pay for this role will be competitive and will be determined based on internal fairness and market conditions.
