If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, and innovating Customer Success programs, we want to hear from you. **About The Role:** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Driving onboarding, adoption, utilization, and growth in our existing customer base by owning specific customer accounts * Proactively identifying customers who aren't maximizing their opportunity with our product/service and reaching out to create an action plan to help them achieve success * Partnering with the Account Management team on marquee Mid-Market accounts to expand use cases and create stickier customers * Learning our product inside and out and helping your customers drive business outcomes * Collaborating with our Sales team to realize successful renewals and expansions * Innovating and iterating on Customer Success programs to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction * Surfacing opportunities to expand existing accounts when it's right for the customer * Documenting and sharing key findings/learnings with the broader arenaflex organization **What You'll Achieve:** * Develop and execute tailored Customer Success plans to drive growth and expansion for mid-market customers * Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customer executives, product managers, and technical leads * Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing, to drive customer success and growth * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices * Analyze customer data and feedback to inform product development and improve customer experiences **Skills You'll Need to Bring:** * 5+ years of success in a Customer Success or Account Management role, with a proven track record of driving growth and expansion * Ability to build Customer Success playbooks and new processes based on learnings * Ability to work cross-functionally to solve customer problems creatively * Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced and foundational team * Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and data analysis tools, such as Tableau **Nice to Haves:** * Experience as a first or early hire at a fast-growing startup * Strong technical chops, with experience working with software products and services * Experience using arenaflex products and services **What We Offer:** * Competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge platform and make a meaningful impact on customer success and growth * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a passionate team * Professional development and growth opportunities, including training and mentorship programs * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options and flexible hours * Access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is a global organization with a diverse and inclusive culture.
