You'll work with a portfolio of customers, collaborating with internal and customer stakeholders to understand their goals, use cases, and challenges. You'll design and drive tailored success and implementation plans that accelerate adoption, ensure high retention, and support customers as their use of the platform matures and scales with our customers. This role is ideally suited for individuals early in their careers, offering a unique opportunity to build expertise, develop customer-facing skills, and gain exposure to working with leading technologies in a high-growth environment. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Consultant – Technical Architect, you'll: * Act as a Trusted Technical Partner: Foster strong relationships with customers by establishing yourself as their go-to technical advisor.
