Our mission is to create a positive and inclusive work environment where our team members can thrive and grow. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist with native-level fluency in Chinese and upper intermediate English (B2 level) to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chats, emails, and phone calls.
