We offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, development, and community involvement. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of baggage, cargo, and mail, while providing exceptional customer service to our passengers. Your daily tasks will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. * Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless airport operations and customer satisfaction. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Ramp Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. You'll work between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on your seniority.
