You'll integrate world-class digital engineering, creativity, and a deep understanding of human behavior to find and unlock value through tech-powered and intelligence-fueled experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * M365 and SharePoint Administration: + Administer and govern SharePoint Online environments. + Implement and manage M365 Copilot and OneDrive for Business. + Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and related applications. * Technical Expertise: + Handle important customer issues and work effectively in challenging situations. + Utilize technical skills for troubleshooting Office applications, particularly Outlook. + Support M365 Apps deployment using SCCM/MECM/Intune/Cloud Update. * Office Product Management: + Manage licensing and activation for perpetual and subscription versions. + Maintain software within fixed and modern lifecycle policies. + Oversee deployment and configuration for Office LTSC and M365 Apps on Windows and Mac. * Migration and Upgrades: + Lead migration projects from on-premises to cloud-based solutions. + Transition customers from Office 2016 to Office 2019/Office LTSC 2021 and M365 Apps. + Facilitate changes from MSI-based to C2R-based installations. **Qualifications** * Minimum of 10+ years of total experience in IT. * 5+ years of experience with Office 2016/M365 Apps. * Proficiency in M365 Apps Admin Center capabilities. * Experience with Office for the web apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Basic knowledge of local and cloud group policies. * Experience with environment-specific scenarios involving third-party applications and add-ins. **Preferred Skills** * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities. * Ability to work independently and within a team environment. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary range of $92,000- $110,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays, and paid learning days. * Opportunity to work with a global technology and services leader that powers the world's best brands. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of game-changers. * Professional development opportunities to help you grow your skills and career. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced professional looking to join a dynamic team, please submit your application by [Deadline].
