You will work closely with our Identity & Access Management (IAM) Team to ensure seamless access to customer accounts and resolve login issues. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including exceptional communication skills, technical troubleshooting abilities, and a passion for helping others. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide compassionate support to Medicare and Medicaid customers, addressing account access questions, password resets, and web portal navigation. * Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers/members with professionalism. * Troubleshoot technical issues related to account management and assist users in navigating system features. * Document interactions in ServiceNow ticketing system, keeping records up to date for tracking and follow-up. * Support customers with basic technical support, such as clearing browser cache/history and navigating Microsoft Office applications. * Collaborate with the IAM Team to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless access to customer accounts. **Essential Qualifications** * Experience in a call center environment, specifically with password resets or customer account support. * Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and call management platforms (e.g., Avaya). * Basic technical troubleshooting skills, including web browser navigation and Microsoft Office applications. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills through phone and email. * Commitment to providing outstanding customer service with empathy, patience, and professionalism to non-technical customers. * Experience working remotely from home and following a set schedule (9AM-6PM EST). * Prior experience supporting healthcare customers with Medicare/Medicaid services preferred. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with healthcare customers and navigating complex medical terminology. * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance. * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. * Certification in customer service or a related field. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and web browser navigation. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
