Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Key Responsibilities** As a Mac Expert (At Home) for arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Learning about arenaflex products and becoming a specialist on product features and related accessories * Providing consultative sales solutions to customers based on their needs, following the arenaflex Online Store Customer Engagement model * Staying informed about product, policies, and technology changes through multiple sources of information * Managing orders and setting customer expectations after they have placed their order * Entering new sales orders into the appropriate system(s) where necessary * Building strong relationships with customers to establish rapport and encourage repeat business * Achieving sales goals while providing an excellent customer experience **Requirements and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Previous experience in a sales environment, with a proven track record of hitting targets * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical information into everyday language * Strong typing skills, with a speed of above 40 WPM * Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing technologies, processes, and environments * Complex problem-solving abilities and a drive for results * Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese * A private and quiet working space, an ergonomic chair, and a desk * Suitable network speed **Preferred Qualifications** * Customer service or sales working background * Experience with both Mac and PC * Ability to work in a dynamic, performance-based call center environment **Additional Requirements** * Working Location: Work from home, in Guangzhou is a must * Private and quiet working space, an ergonomic chair & a desk * Suitable network speed * Customer service or sales working background is highly preferred * Fluent in Mandarin, English, Cantonese **Equal Opportunity Employer** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
