We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist II to join our Data Entry team in South Burlington, VT. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in transcribing confidential information from scanned images of paper documents for our clients. Your attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work efficiently will be essential in meeting our efficiency standards. **Job Responsibilities:** • Inserting customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from source documents • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors • Correcting inaccuracies and validating output • Keeping information confidential • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and focus on process effectiveness to meet our efficiency standards • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless workflow and meet deadlines • Adapting to changing priorities and peak volumes while maintaining productivity and accuracy **Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:** • Remittance Processing/Banking operations experience preferred • Ability to confirm and/or correct data that is presented for data capture to align to information on document • Maintain efficient rate of productivity and high rate of accuracy • Alphanumeric data entry skills • Meet deadlines and flexibility to support peak volumes • Follow outlined processes and procedures accurately • Ability to work in a team environment with a diverse group • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills **Schedules:** • Hybrid schedule: 5:30 pm – 2:00 am (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) • 3:30 pm – 2:00 am (Tuesday) • 5:30 pm – 12:00 am (Friday) **Pays 10% Shift Differential** This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise. Work schedule might be subject to change. **Security Clearance:** A Government Security Clearance may be required for this position.
