As a Data Entry Operator, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values your contributions and offers opportunities for growth and development. ### Position Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to extract, analyze, and interpret data from various ERP systems, including SAP, iVend, and Lightspeed. As a key member of our team, you'll provide actionable insights to optimize inventory management, drive efficient purchasing decisions, and propel business growth in the Vape and Smoke shop industry. ### Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for: * Extracting and generating detailed reports from SAP, iVend, Lightspeed, and other ERP systems to inform business decisions. * Analyzing sales orders, purchase orders, and inventory levels to identify gaps, opportunities, and trends. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to forecast inventory needs, optimize purchasing, and drive sales growth. * Creating dashboards and visualizations in Excel to present data insights effectively. * Maintaining data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and data entries. ### Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Data Entry Operator, you'll need: * Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or Analyst, preferably in the retail or Vape and Smoke shop industry. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.). * Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, iVend, and Lightspeed. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Excellent understanding of inventory management and sales data analysis. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ### What We Offer As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Competitive salary: $32,000 - $52,000 per year. * Comprehensive benefits package, including dental, health, and vision insurance. * Flexible remote work arrangement. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Collaborative work environment that fosters growth and development. ### Schedule As a Data Entry Operator, you'll work a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with day and night shifts available. ### Ready to Take the Next Step?
