We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (25-30 hours per week) for an anticipated duration of 6-8 months. This role is ideal for individuals with busy lives who want to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry. As a temporary role, this position is not benefits-eligible, but there's a possibility of a permanent role at the end of the temporary period, based on performance and business needs. **About the Role** As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat, email, and phone support. You'll engage in casual, unscripted conversations to provide delightful customer service, maintain detailed product knowledge, and educate customers on our products and services.
