As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users, helping them overcome challenges, and ensuring their success with our AI-powered platform. If you're passionate about AI, enjoy working with people, and are eager to be part of a dynamic and innovative team, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Managing our information email inbox, where you'll assist users with subscription issues, account changes, product-related questions, and bug reports (with help from our engineers) * Providing user support on our community forum, where people make additional Pickaxe-related inquiries * Meeting regularly with the arenaflex team to discuss platform changes, and providing reports based on user inquiries and suggestions * Collaborating with our engineers to resolve complex technical issues and improve our platform * Developing and maintaining knowledge of our platform, including its features, functionality, and best practices * Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that users feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed **Desired Qualifications, Skills, and Experience** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A background in a tech-related field, or a background in IT, is required. Ideally, you have a degree in Computer Science. * Strong writing and communication skills are a must. * Background or familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and how they operate is preferred. The salary offered is determined based on factors such as job-related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
