As a Customer Support Associate II, you'll be an integral part of our Customer Support team, providing warm, professional customer service to the people who rely on our services to help navigate important decisions and life situations. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Support Associate II, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing a variety of inquiries and concerns. * Learning and embodying the "True Link Voice" - our unique way of communicating with customers, which emphasizes empathy, patience, and understanding. * Being a detective and a problem solver who helps people resolve unique financial issues, often requiring creative and outside-the-box thinking. * Helping individuals with unique financial needs navigate important life situations, such as managing complex financial situations or making informed decisions about their financial well-being. * Sharing customer feedback and experiences with the team, helping us to continuously improve our services and support. * Proudly representing arenaflex, which is known for providing top-notch customer support and making a positive impact in people's lives. **Who You Are** We're looking for a strong communicator who is a patient, kind, and empathetic listener and a skilled writer. You should be eager to understand where people are coming from and help them as much as possible. You'll be resilient, energized by the opportunity to speak with customers over the phone, and motivated to provide the best possible customer support. * Previous professional experience working in hospitality or customer service, and/or personal or professional experience working with people with disabilities, vulnerable older adults, or people in recovery from addiction. * Ambitious and oriented to learning, excited to learn and navigate new tech platforms, systems, and processes, and interested in learning from feedback and dedicated to improving your skills. * Familiar with technology, including Mac computers, external monitors, and computer accessories, and able to troubleshoot internet and/or technical issues if needed. * Strong internet connection that can support working from home. **Special Consideration** We'll give special consideration to applicants with one or more of the following: * Spanish language skills * Experience working in hospitality, such as restaurants, hotels, or a similar business * Experience working as a health care coordinator or similar role * Experience managing live chats in a previous role, often multiple chat instances at the same time * Experience helping customers with troubleshooting technical issues for both Mac and Windows-based computers **Why You'll Love Us** At arenaflex, we've got the energy and passion of a startup combined with the professionalism of a financial services firm and the compassion of a mission-driven organization that truly cares about each other and the people we serve.
