Our field execution platform serves as a digital assistant for frontline teams by guiding daily tasks, streamlining data collection, facilitating real-time communication, and providing leaders with real-time intelligence to drive faster actions and better decisions. arenaflex solutions have been deployed by Fortune 500 companies around the world. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Success Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Supporting the efforts of Customer Success Managers and Account Managers in various administrative tasks, while providing onboarding consultations and proactive assistance to our smaller customers portfolio. * Playing a critical role in our Essentials onboarding and management, using our tech-touch approach, guiding new customers through the product functionality and how best to apply it to their business. * Providing managed services to customers either directly or via the CS Operations team to augment the customer's role in the administration and management of their platform solutions. * Supporting our Customer Success Team and Account Management with ongoing maintenance and customer data initiatives. * Joining internal team and customer calls to discuss solution maintenance and solution administration challenges. * Consistently communicating our value and demonstrating arenaflex products' ROI for our customers throughout their lifecycle. * Being responsible for customer renewals, ensuring continued success and alignment between our solutions and the customer's evolving needs. * Working with the customer and internal teams to simplify, standardize, document, and potentially automate tasks and processes to improve efficiencies around platform administration. **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role or customer operations type role within a software or technology company. * An intelligent, empathic, and resourceful problem-solver with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to zoom out of the minutia to recognize whether an input will result in the desired output. * A passion for problem-solving and innovation, with a focus on making processes more efficient for the customer and field teams. * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and focus on what's important. * A willingness to collaborate, work cross-functionally, and build relationships with many other teams throughout the company. * A commitment to following up with customers and responding quickly through various communication channels. **Who We Are Looking For:** We're looking for someone who is: * A creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation and process improvement. * An exceptional communicator with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise language. * A team player who is comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * A customer-centric individual who is dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience. * A flexible and adaptable individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. **What We Offer:** * Challenging and exciting work in a dynamic and innovative company. * A friendly and professional team of enthusiasts who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer success. * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Work equipment and technology to support your success. * Paid time off, sick leaves, and public holidays. * Health insurance with Lux Med. * Full remote or hybrid work from our cozy office in Krakow. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. **Additional Information:** At arenaflex, we're committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace.
