We're now seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our U.S.-based customers. As a dynamic and high-visibility role, this position will provide an opportunity to work with all technical groups within arenaflex and possess a unique combination of well-developed project management, training, leadership, and relationship management experience. **About the Role:** In this exciting position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at customer sites, ensuring seamless functionality, and driving process improvements. You will act as the primary contact for resolving escalated technical issues, assist with warehouse mapping, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades, and manage change requests to keep all stakeholders informed of schedule and budget impacts. Additionally, you will compile and analyze key performance metrics for status reporting, conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement, and monitor customer site performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee daily operations at customer sites, ensuring seamless functionality * Enhance customer satisfaction during deployment and drive process improvements * Act as the primary contact for resolving escalated technical issues * Assist with warehouse mapping, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades * Manage change requests, keeping all stakeholders informed of schedule and budget impacts * Compile and analyze key performance metrics (Throughput, UPH, Lines Per Hour) for status reporting * Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement * Monitor customer site performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements * Scale system capabilities to align with the customer's evolving needs **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, CIS, or a related technical field * 5+ years' hands-on experience with 3PL, Warehouse, or logistics operations * Knowledge of networking and network technology, such as routers, WIFI, switches, and firewalls * Ability to communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing * Aptitude to multitask and respond to emergency situations effectively * Knowledge of and interest in diverse technical topics, including software, hardware, and robotics * Self-motivated and able to solve problems independently and in customer settings * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge technology and a global leader in warehouse automation * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive training and onboarding program * Access to the latest technology and tools * Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance **What We're Looking For:** * A motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for customer success and warehouse automation * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues * Proven experience in project management, training, leadership, and relationship management * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong technical knowledge of warehouse automation, robotics, and AI-driven platforms * Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership **Travel Requirements:** * Up to 50% US travel to customer sites required **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for customer success and warehouse automation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
