We have been honored with numerous awards, including the 2023 Global InfoSec Award, 2022 CDM Global Infosec Awards, and the 2021 SC Media Trust Award for Best Threat Intelligence Technology. **What You Will Do** As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for serving as the strategic business partner for a portfolio of customers, owning the post-sale relationship and driving executive engagement. Your key responsibilities will include: * Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across business, security, and procurement functions * Developing and maintaining structured Customer Success Plans that align customer goals to arenaflex capabilities and define clear KPIs for value realization * Leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that connect product adoption and technical outcomes to measurable business impact and ROI * Collaborating closely with Customer Success Engineers (CSEs) to ensure technical delivery is mapped to customer objectives and is progressing toward defined success milestones * Monitoring renewal timelines, identifying expansion opportunities, and partnering with Sales and Renewals to develop strategies for account growth and risk mitigation * Proactively identifying customer challenges or changes in priorities and taking action to maintain alignment and satisfaction * Advocating internally for customer needs, providing feedback to Product, Marketing, and Sales to influence roadmap and messaging * Maintaining accurate account health data and forecasting renewal likelihood using internal tools and CRM platforms * Staying informed on industry trends, customer use cases, and evolving risk factors that impact strategic engagement **What We Are Looking For** We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Success Manager with a proven track record of success in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
