You'll work closely with our Customer Success Supervisor to build a successful brand and exceed customer expectations. This is a temporary, part-time position, and you'll be expected to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday evenings (2pm-10pm EST). Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. **Key Responsibilities** • Deliver exceptional service and create a seamless experience for customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis • Communicate with new and potential customers to guide them through the shopping experience • Answer order questions and provide solutions to customer inquiries • Work closely with the Customer Success Supervisor to build a successful brand and exceed customer expectations • Meet or exceed established daily interaction numbers every day • Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience **Requirements** • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role • Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products • Must have access to consistently stable internet connection • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software • Experience with social media and online platforms • Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
