You'll work closely with your team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce delinquency rates, and increase revenue. You'll also be responsible for coaching and developing your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles. **The Work Itself** As a Customer Solutions Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include: * Coaching and developing your team members to improve their performance and achieve their goals * Providing guidance and support to your team members as they work with customers to resolve payment issues * Analyzing business metrics to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them * Assigning work to agents and assisting them as needed in resolving delinquent account issues * Exceeding objectives provided periodically by Customer Solutions leadership * Training and developing analysts, collectors, peer-to-peer, and newer supervisors through 1:1 coaching, phone monitoring, and audits * Working evenings and weekends when required **The Skills You Bring** To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: * 1+ year of experience in customer care call center environments * Collections experience required * Leadership experience strongly recommended * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively * Ability to effectively coach and develop individuals and teams * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline preferred **How We'll Have Your Back** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting our employees in their personal and professional growth. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer. **Incentive Compensation** This position is eligible to participate in a variable incentive plan.
