With a wide range of products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, mobile banking, online banking, bill pay, eStatements, cash management, credit and check cards, electronic payments, ATMs, safe deposit boxes, and trust and investment management services, we're dedicated to providing a true community banking experience that nurtures long-term relationships. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative / Teller, you'll be responsible for: * Handling routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while ensuring a positive interaction with customers and non-customers * Responding to customer inquiries and researching solutions to meet their needs * Providing professional, superior customer service to both internal and external customers, including new and existing customers * Maintaining a pleasant disposition and ability to communicate clearly and effectively * Working efficiently and cooperatively as part of a team * Being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment * Cross-selling products and services as appropriate to meet customer needs * Maintaining accurate records and performing tasks with attention to detail **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and performing financial transactions * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays **Preferred Qualifications** * Teller experience preferred * Knowledge of banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and credit cards * Experience with cash handling and financial transactions * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other banking systems * Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and performing financial transactions * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment * Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
