As a Customer Service Representative Specialist Senior within arenaflex's Treasury Management Care Center organization, you'll play a critical role in providing advanced customer service activities and initiatives for specialized products and services. **About the Role** As a Customer Service Representative Specialist Senior, you'll be based remotely and work from a quiet, confidential space in a home location approved by arenaflex. This position requires a high level of customer service expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex customer service inquiries and issues, and providing coaching and mentoring to junior team members. **Key Responsibilities** * Performs advanced customer service activities and initiatives for specialized products and services, including supporting a complex dedicated suite of products/services, servicing a sophisticated client base, and leveraging advanced processes or tools to support internal and external customers. * Receives, investigates, and responds to customer inquiries regarding complex products, services, and issues via all channels through which customers are served. * Resolves customer service inquiries and issues, recommends appropriate solutions, and resolves the most complex or reoccurring issues, identifying root cause and acting as an escalation point. * Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction consistent with arenaflex's core values, demonstrates commitment to quality, and serves as a coach or mentor and may serve as a trainer to the customer service team. * Documents customer interactions and completes service requests to minimize customer effort or additional action. **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a financial services industry. * Associate's degree or equivalent degree, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience. * Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and procedures. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. **Preferred Qualifications** * Accountability, Continual Improvement Process, Customer Interactions, Customer Service, Decision Making, Relationship Building, Results-Oriented, Technical Support. * Accuracy and Attention to Detail, Client Relationship Management, Customer Experience Management, Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Effective Communications, Fraud Detection and Prevention, Managing Multiple Priorities, Problem Solving, Products and Services, Tech Savvy. **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from a quiet, confidential space in a home location approved by arenaflex.
