As a member of the arenaflex team, you will be part of a diverse and inclusive community that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence. **Job Summary** The Customer Service Representative – School Engagement will play a critical role in advancing arenaflex's mission by providing exceptional customer service, data management, and business literacy support to the National School Engagement campaigns, including Kids Heart Challenge and American Heart Challenge. This position requires a strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and is committed to delivering high-quality results. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative – School Engagement, you will be responsible for: * Providing timely and high-quality responses to internal and external stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, parents, and other customers, through the internal inbox system and telephone calls * Accurately managing and inputting customer data into CRM and Database systems, such as Dynamics and Luminate, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained * Displaying a strong understanding of School Engagement business processes, utilizing Association systems and others to support campaign success * Responsible for accurate, timely processing of donations in accordance with established requirements and standards * Collaborating with mini teams to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines with accurate, timely information, playing a key role on the reports team, ensuring weekly metric deadlines are met with precision in data collection and sharing * Supporting the School Engagement Campaign, which experiences a high volume of inquiries from October through April, managing multiple tasks and responding to a high volume of requests with efficiency and professionalism **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Minimum 3 years relevant work experience * A customer service mindset with an ability to handle inquiries, escalate when necessary, and deliver timely resolutions * Effective interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to develop collaborative working relationships internally and externally * Effective oral and written communication skills * High attention to detail for accurate data entry and order management across systems * Develop a strong understanding of various software applications, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies as needed * Computer experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook) or proficiency with similar products * Demonstrated track record with project management and leading tasks, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams * Flexibility to adjust to changing processes and environments, learning new tools and systems as needed **Compensation & Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including: * Expected pay range: $50,000 to $55,000 * Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply * The American Heart Association reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, as well as a robust retirement program with employer match and automatic contribution * Employee assistance program, employee wellness program, and telemedicine * Paid Time Off (PTO) at a minimum of 16 days per year for new employees, increasing based on seniority level * 12 paid holidays off each year, including several days off at the end of the year * Tuition Assistance program, providing financial assistance to employees who wish to further their education and career in relation to their current duties and responsibilities, or for potential future positions in the organization **Work-Life Harmonization** arenaflex is committed to work-life harmonization, offering a range of benefits and programs to support employees' well-being and career development.
