You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, using our resources and standard work to resolve patient inquiries and concerns. Your key to success will be attendance and a positive reception to feedback. **Primary Responsibilities** • Answer inbound calls from patients in a call center environment, handling a high volume of incoming calls (up to 80-100 per day) • Respond to patient requests for appointments, new patients, insurance questions, and other inquiries • Transfer calls to triage or refill, or send messages through patient charts to on-site clinical staff • Perform other duties as assigned by management **Required Qualifications** • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience • Must be 18 years of age or older • 1 year of experience in a related environment (office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as primary job tools • Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications • Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours (7:00 am - 7:00 pm PST) and occasional overtime **Preferred Qualifications** • Health care experience • Call Center experience **Telecommuting Requirements** • Reside within commutable distance to the office at 7600 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA • Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable) • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service **Soft Skills** • Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport, and respond to customers in a compassionate manner • Skilled in problem-solving to quickly assess current state and formulate recommendations • All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to arenaflex's Telecommuter Policy **Compensation and Benefits** The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. arenaflex complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
