Our team is passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all travelers, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Providing friendly, professional, and insightful service to customers, helping them with ticketing, baggage, and other travel-related issues * Greeting customers as they start and end their journey, and ensuring they feel welcome and valued * Resolving customer travel issues and making their experience memorable * Interacting with customers in our lobbies and at gates, and providing assistance with their travel needs * Collaborating with other departments and flight crews to ensure seamless customer experiences * Maintaining a high level of knowledge about arenaflex products and services, and being able to answer customer questions and concerns * Working effectively in a fast-paced environment, and adapting to changing situations and priorities * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and adhering to arenaflex's safety and security protocols **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * At least 18 years old * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent * Comfortable with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies * Ability to stand, walk, and handle baggage for an eight-hour shift * Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently * Ability to communicate effectively with other departments and flight crews * Eligibility to acquire and maintain credentials vital for the position * Ability to pass a background check and pre-placement drug screen * Availability to work during day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays; mandatory overtime may be required based on operational need * Ability to lift up to 70 lbs * Ability to obtain required training certifications, perform safety checks, and successfully complete job functions **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role: * Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment * Knowledge of travel industry products and services * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services **Skills and Competencies** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities * Strong knowledge of travel industry products and services * Ability to maintain a high level of knowledge about arenaflex products and services * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
