You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues and achieve performance goals. Your responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to address their questions and/or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
