This is a combined service and sales role, with the expectation that sales vs. service responsibilities will be split based on business needs. All sales leads are provided, and there is no outbound cold calling. Key responsibilities include: * Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level when necessary * Conveying information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer * Striving for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service * Staying current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer **Qualifications & Skill Sets** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment * Dedication to providing a positive customer experience * Clear and professional communication over the phone * Strong technical background and ability to multi-task in several systems at once * Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications * Accountability and reliability **Requirements** To be considered for this position, you'll need: * Property/Casualty Insurance License required * High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus * 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required * Demonstrated job stability and attendance records * Remote working experience a plus * Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills * US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future **Compensation & Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * Starting pay ranging from $20 - $21.50/hour based on experience, education, and other factors * Hybrid working schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote (if living near an arenaflex office location) or 100% work from home (if outside of an arenaflex office location) * Annual Performance Bonus Potential * Competitive benefit programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance options, 401(k) with employer match contributions, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, PTO, corporate holidays, and floating holidays * Parental leave and other benefits to support your well-being and career growth **What's in it for you?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that supports your personal and professional growth.
