This role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues related to product information, pricing, shipping, warranty claims, and repairs, while also identifying new and add-on business opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** • Serve as a liaison for internal and external customers, answering calls and processing email requests with professionalism and accuracy. • Place and process product orders while partnering with the Warehouse and Logistics team to ensure timely distribution. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the field sales team by providing accurate and complete product information. • Perform data entry in Salesforce and ensure all order and customer records are up to date. • Meet required KPIs, including purchase order processing, call handling, and email response times. • Follow up on customer inquiries and support improvements in communication, workflow, and process guidelines. • Collaborate with the customer service team and escalate issues to supervisors or managers as needed. • Ensure compliance with all medical device regulatory requirements and perform additional duties as assigned. **What We're Looking For** **Essential Qualifications** • High School Diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in medical technology • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software **Preferred Qualifications** • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Experience working in a customer-facing role in the medical device industry • Knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements • Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software • Knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements • Certification in customer service or a related field **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
