We're a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a difference in the world. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative Dispatcher with arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking repair appointments with our partner companies. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, answering inbound calls, making outbound calls to confirm appointments, and following up on previous job history.
