As an apprentice, you will play a key part in supporting customers and business operations. Your responsibilities will include: * Assisting internal and external customers with inquiries related to insurance claims and policy information * Investigating and resolving customer requests of basic complexity under general supervision * Maintaining and reporting daily work conditions based on business unit needs * Identifying and escalating system and/or policy issues as needed * Supporting system and application testing to improve efficiency and user experience * Receiving and responding to written and verbal communication from internal and external business partners **Qualifications and Requirements** To be eligible for this role, you must: * Be currently pursuing an Associate's Degree in Business, Communications, Risk Management, or other relevant fields * Have strong customer service and problem-solving skills * Be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis * Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers * Have a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to assess and resolve customer inquiries efficiently * Be organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively * Be adaptable, with a comfort level working in a fast-paced environment and handling various customer needs * Have basic technical proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems **Benefits and Compensation** As an Apprentice, you will work part-time, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week, with an hourly pay rate between $18 - 25/hr.
