EST - 9:00 P.M. EST) * Wednesday: Phones (2:00 P.M. EST - 5:00 P.M. EST) + Chat (5:00 P.M. EST - 9:00 P.M. EST) * Friday: Phones (6:00 P.M. EST - 9:00 P.M.
