You'll be responsible for: * **Inquiry Management**: Providing proactive, clear, and efficient support to our users and drivers through inbound and outbound inquiries. * **Customer and Driver Complaints**: Handling complaints in a fair and timely manner, providing solutions and alternatives to prevent dissatisfaction. * **Supply and Demand Matching**: Monitoring daily operations and engaging drivers to ensure maximum fulfillment rates. * **Company Procedures**: Understanding and following company procedures to provide accurate, valid, and complete information. **What We Seek** We're looking for a go-getter with a problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
