This will involve: * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Building relationships with customers and providing personalized support to meet their needs * Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions * Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers * Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
