We're here to redefine healthcare – and that demands urgency, precision, and heart. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing world-class support to our clients and advocates via phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include: * Learning the arenaflex systems, tools, and technology to provide exceptional support * Using the resources we supply to deliver world-class customer service * Gathering and tracking feedback to help us improve our customer experience and platform * Building strong relationships with our clients and advocates, helping them feel heard and understood * Resolving client and advocate inquiries to their complete satisfaction via phone, email, and chat * Taking action based on feedback by reporting issues and sharing detailed notes **What You Bring to the Table** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills and qualities.
