You'll work closely with our customers to understand their goals and objectives, and you'll use your expertise to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners * Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership * Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures * Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation * Other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree * 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales * Cash handling skills * Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment * Proven sales and customer service skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service skills * Strong sales and relationship-building skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other banking software applications * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing opportunities for growth and development.
