You'll be part of a company that's committed to innovation, customer success, and growth. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Pre-sales: Building technical credibility and demonstrating the value of arenaflex's authorization solutions to prospects. * Post-sales: Providing customers with the support and guidance they need to integrate and deploy arenaflex's authorization solutions successfully. * Product: Capturing customer feedback and using it to inform the development of arenaflex's authorization solutions. * Everything else: Being a generalist and jumping in on whatever it takes to build the company. **What We're Looking For** We're looking for experienced Customer Engineers who are passionate about authorization solutions and customer success.
