We are seeking two highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Data Specialists to join our team in Shelton, CT. You will be responsible for processing documentation, coordinating with various teams, addressing customer inquiries, improving processes, and managing utility data-related tickets. Our team is energetic, dynamic, and dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment while providing an excellent customer experience. **Responsibilities:** - Process all required documentation to complete customer sign-up process - Follow-up on open items, including contracts, invoices, and related paperwork - Work with onboarding and sales teams as needed to complete required supporting documentation - Understand arenaflex program and be able to answer potential customers' questions and concerns - Identify ways to improve processes and work with a team to implement those - Manage all tickets related to our utility data management, working with utilities, data partners, and our billing team **Desired Skills and Experience:** - Must be at least 18 years of age - Problem-solving skills are a top priority - Good customer service skills and the ability to work well with others are necessary - Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel - Ability to be flexible as we grow and change - High school diploma/equivalent required; industry experience highly preferred - Clean criminal background check and drug screen **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in customer service, data management, or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with energy management or sustainability industry a plus **What We Offer:** - Competitive pay: $30.29 - $32.70 USD per hour - Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, and disability insurance - Career advancement opportunities in a fast-growing, supportive company environment - Opportunity to work as part of a team that values its members and works together to achieve positive change **Work Environment and Company Culture:** arenaflex is committed to providing a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
